Each year, FMC Group invites client banks to participate in a round table conference about best practices.  The conference is an open forum for bankers of well performing companies to exchange ideas on how to enhance performance.  What works well and what does not.  We present findings on performance trends as a point of departure for bankers to share their own successes.  The Client Conference includes plenty of informal time to visit, meet good bankers and enjoy pleasant accommodations and dining.
